Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
Forward i.T Solutions believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order, after 24 hours if an order gets cancelled we will deduct 3%.
All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care of by you.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category/ Special offers or deals, occasional or festive offers etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
No Cancellation is allowed under the affordability program. Product once booked availing cashback offers and/or EMI options cannot be cancelled, return, or exchanged(with other variants of the same product) under any circumstances.
Return & Refund Policy
There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will look into the matter depending from case to case. The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
Conditions for return:
Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within a maximum of 24 hours of delivery.
Products/Items should be UNUSED.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to goods in transit.
Shipping returnsTo return your product, you should mail your product to store location.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds:
We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Forward i.T Solutions. Refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7- 9 working days and the refund will reflect in the following statement.
Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to a bank account.
For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favour of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order.
